2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use our services.

3. Payment Terms

• Some services are offered free of charge (e.g., Initial Diagnosis).

• Paid services are billed in advance and may vary based on project scope.

• Payments are accepted via the methods specified at checkout.

• Express services begin within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Due to the nature of digital consulting and labor-intensive analysis, all payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate diagnosis and effective recovery, clients must:

• Provide timely access to necessary platforms and tools

• Cooperate in executing recommended changes

7. Confidentiality

All client information, website data, login credentials, and findings are kept strictly confidential and are only used for the purposes of service delivery.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

While ZOFixer.com makes every effort to provide accurate and effective SEO and security services, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or search engine decisions, as these are beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZOFixer.com and Arash Bahrami shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue, traffic, or data
